Wisteria - Self-catering accommodation sleeps 2

We have just completed a total refurbishment of our second cottage, Wisteria, which is our cosy, romantic and discreet hideaway for two people.
Every care has been taken to insure that your stay will be a peaceful, happy and comfortable one.

Wisteria, which stands in the park-like grounds of le Manoir enjoys complete privacy and panoramic views over the forest and the surrounding countryside. It boasts a large south facing terrace which is furnished with table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue. The south wall of the cottage overlooking the terrace is covered with a glorious well established wisteria, the remaining walls being adorned with a mixture of roses and a grape vine. Ample parking is available.
 

The ground floor is open plan. There is a fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave etc. A circular dining table and chairs stands under the large south facing window which opens out to the terrace, with this open you can fully enjoy the sunshine and the perfume of the wisteria whilst dining and savouring a favourite bottle of wine, it is also very convenient for passing drinks to the terrace. There is a comfortable two-seater settee where you can curl up in front the woodburner should the evenings turn a little chilly and watch UK satellite TV complete with DVD and VCR recorder/players. The ground floor also houses a bathroom, which has a large one metre square shower, extractor, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is plenty of hot water which is supplied by an on demand gas water heater.   
  
 The staircase leads to a cosy carpeted romantic bedroom, a comfy double divan bed, bedside tables, wall lights, dresser etc. Again, with a window overlooking the forest.

During the extensive refurbishment the property was thoroughly insulated and double glazed for your comfort both summer and winter and such is totally suitable for all year round living.

We have a policy of no smoking as we don't want to damage your heath... We could also do the occasional baby sitting duty, so of course children are welcome. As we live on site, we will be available for any assistance you may need and will gladly advise on all that's happening in our area, our favourite restaurants, etc.Self-catering prices include the provision of all linen, gas and electricity.
